As the Chief Financial Officer, Victoria (Vicky) is dedicated to ensuring the strictest regulatory compliance, transparency, and the organization’s financial health. She oversees a complex, worldwide network of employees and consultants and manages a diverse group of funding sources including federal grants, private sector clients, and civil society foundations.
With over 35 years’ experience in both private and nonprofit sectors, Vicky joined Verité in 2016 to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline processes during a period of rapid growth and critical changes. Before joining Verité, Vicky’s decades of leadership and experience included serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Controller for a regional hospital, which was recognized by the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation as a top performer, as well as an accountant for a multisite health system.
