Gabriela Delgadillo

Gabriela Delgadillo is Verité’s Chief Programs Officer and a global expert in labor and human rights. Since 1998, she has led initiatives to address gender inequality, child labor, forced labor, ethical recruitment, and freedom of association across supply chains in over 40 countries.

She has worked across diverse sectors—including agriculture, electronics, apparel, food, and extractives—developing and implementing supplier improvement programs using Verité’s management systems approach.

Gabriela plays a key strategic role at Verité, advising the CEO on global policies and program direction while ensuring cross-functional coordination, talent development, and high-impact program execution. She also leads training, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building initiatives for corporations, suppliers, workers, labor inspectors, and civil society groups.

She has worked with donors such as the U.S. Department of Labor, World Bank, and IDB, and has trained social auditors, developed certification programs, and led research on gender and labor conditions.

Gabriela holds a Specialist degree in Adult Education and a Master’s in International Education from the University of Massachusetts. As a Fulbright LASPAU Scholar, she focused her research on women and working conditions in Latin America.
