Erin has over 20 years of experience in research and stakeholder engagement to combat forced labor and human trafficking in global supply chains, with a focus on apparel and electronics.
As a Senior Program Director for Research Innovations, Erin has worked extensively to promote ethical recruitment and stem human trafficking and forced labor of migrant workers in the Southeast Asia region, using qualitative research methodologies to produce actionable resources for improving labor and human rights.
Erin recently directed the Supply Chain Tracing and Engagement Methodologies (STREAMS) project, which piloted traceability approaches to promote due diligence in apparel supply chains and produced the Traceability Matrix, a free online resource.
Prior to joining Verité, Erin worked for the International Labor Organization and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. She attended the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where she received a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs. She also holds a BA in Russian Area Studies and English Literature from Oberlin College.
