With over 15 years working in the private sector for one of the world’s largest agricultural and food companies and a decade as a legislative advisor in the U.S. Senate, Elizabeth’s career has been dedicated to addressing the intersectionality of labor and human rights with international development, enabling responsible business growth and sustainable development.
As the Senior Director of Policy Advocacy at Verité, Elizabeth leads efforts to advance government policies that ensure fair, safe, and legal working conditions in global supply chains. Her expertise spans sustainable and responsible supply chain management, diverse stakeholder engagement, international business, agricultural development, global food systems, human rights due diligence, and child labor.
Before joining Verité, Elizabeth worked across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, advocating for policies that protect children and workers, and support responsible business conduct.
