STREAMS traceability and labor due diligence resource suite

This resource suite provides tools to help businesses track labor conditions and improve supply chain due diligence. It focuses on addressing risks like forced labor and promoting transparency and ethical practices.

About the resource suite

The Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) framework used in the STREAMS Resource Suite aligns with and builds on the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and other human rights due diligence touchstones.

The following STREAMS resources offer practical guidance on applying traceability to support steps of this framework and to advance labor due diligence goals.

By demonstrating how traceability systems can be leveraged to identify risks, mitigate harm, and improve transparency, these resources enable stakeholders to integrate traceability into their broader due diligence efforts.

These resources draw on insights from pilots conducted in cotton supply chains with core implementing partners Better Cotton and the Responsible Sourcing Network’s Yarn Ethically and Sustainably Sourced Initiative (RSN YESS), as well as from additional desk research, stakeholder engagement, and validation.
