E-learning Modules for Managers

Facility management systems often suppress workers’ participation and representation. Management staff often lack awareness and knowledge of workers’ rights to FoA and participation. This lack of awareness combined with poor communication skills often leads to workplace labor rights violations, and low levels of sense of value and engagement for workers.

The targeted audience of these e-learning modules are management staff in Chinese supplier factories of internal brands. The modules aim to enhance management staff’s awareness, knowledge, and skills so they can be a positive force for fostering an enabling environment for worker participation. The modules feature engaging animated images, abundant exercises, and case studies for interactivity, with pre- and post-training quizzes included to measure knowledge gains.

E-learning Modules for Workers

Workers and their representatives often lack awareness and capacity to address their concerns, contributing to high turnover rates. To achieve significant improvements in working conditions, workers must be empowered to utilize existing opportunities and advocate for better ones. Meaningful empowerment involves enhancing workers’ awareness of their circumstances, options, resources, and legal rights, along with building practical skills for exercising those rights. Well-informed and trained workers are more effective advocates for improved working conditions.
