As of March 26, 2025, the Supply Chain Tracing and Engagement Methodologies (STREAMS) project has concluded due to the termination of all grant funding from the US Department of Labor’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs.
Over its 4 years of implementation, the STREAMS project worked with partners to leverage innovative approaches to increase the tracing of goods made with child labor and forced labor in order to combat labor abuses in global supply chains. Core project accomplishments include the development of the Supply Chain Traceability Matrix, a comprehensive guide for understanding how to leverage the power of traceability to combat labor violations in global supply chains.
Through the STREAMS project, we also completed two multi-part traceability pilots in extended cotton supply chains in India. The insights from the pilots are presented in the Traceability and Labor Due Diligence Resource Suite, and we hope stakeholders will find them useful in leveraging traceability to enhance labor due diligence.

With thanks for your support over the course of the project, and best wishes,
